What’s New?
- Ye Olde Theatre Eaters is Official!
This year my cousin and I decided to start a Shakespeare/Classical Theatre club for UC Irvine!
We are Ye Olde Theatre Eaters, and our mission is to make Shakespeare, and in turn, classical theatre accessible, understandable, and enjoyable to everyone. I, personally, will be involved as its Treasurer.
We’re now officially recognized by the campus and will be starting productions for the rest of the year. Our first production, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, will be performed outdoors this coming January, co-directed by my cousin and myself. More information be on its way.
About Ethan Pante
Currently based in Orange County extending to Los Angeles, Ethan has found himself as an actor, a singer, and a playwright.

A second-generation Filipino American, Ethan found theatre (or, if we want to get cheesy about it, theatre found him) in high school.
What started as something to try out became a passion when he walked onto stage in his first role as Romeo in The Suessification of Romeo and Juliet. It was not in iambic pentameter, but the Dr. Seuss-isms more than made up for it.
Since getting the bite, Ethan has dove head first into this art, touching every aspect from the being in the limelight to being behind the limelight.
Having gotten his Associates’ in Theatre Arts from Moorpark College, Ethan now attends UC Irvine as a Drama major with an emphasis on acting and linguistics.
